Does InvoiceMint file taxes or decide which rate applies?

No. You choose the tax rate and whether prices already include tax. The app applies that math and shows subtotal, tax, total, and the amount still due. It does not register you for a tax, and it does not claim to satisfy every country’s invoice rules.

Where does a guest invoice live?

In this browser, in local storage. It is not uploaded when you preview or download the PDF. Clearing site data, or switching browsers, removes it. Create an account if you want the draft saved to your dashboard.

Can support staff read my invoices?

Not by default. Support can see tickets and account records such as email and plan. Invoice contents are withheld. An admin can open one invoice only after recording a reason, for at most 60 minutes, and each view is written to the audit log.

What is included on the free plan?

You can build invoices, download PDFs, and save five invoices per calendar month. Classic and Minimal templates are included. Studio and Contractor are on Pro, along with unlimited saved invoices.

How do I cancel Pro?

Open Billing and cancel. Access stays until the end of the period you already paid. You can resume before that date. Pro is paid in Bitcoin. InvoiceMint does not store a private key or a card number.

Can I copy an old invoice?

Yes. Duplicate creates a draft with a new number and no amount received. The parties, lines, and notes come across so you can edit them.

Which currencies can I use?

USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK, NZD, INR, AED, SGD, JPY, and KWD. Amounts respect the usual minor units, so yen has no decimals and the Kuwaiti dinar has three.

How is Pro paid?

Create an account, open Billing, and choose a month or a year. The page shows a Bitcoin amount and a receive address. Pro starts after the network confirms the transfer. No other coin is accepted. Donations on the donate page are separate gifts and do not start Pro.

How do I delete my account?

Settings includes account deletion. You confirm with your password. Invoice contents are removed and the login is anonymized. Subscription billing events, which are amounts and dates rather than your clients’ addresses, can be kept for the retention period described in the privacy policy.
