The service

InvoiceMint lets you draft invoices, preview them, download a PDF, and, with an account, save them. The free plan limits how many invoices you can save each calendar month. Pro is an optional paid subscription.

Your invoices are yours to get right

You are responsible for the names, amounts, tax rates, and payment instructions you enter. You need a lawful reason to store your client’s details. Do not put full payment card numbers on an invoice. The app rejects numbers that look like cards, but you should not rely on that check as your only control.

Tax

Totals follow the calculation notes shipped with the software: discount before tax, per-line rounding half away from zero, then a sum. That is arithmetic for the rates you typed. It is not a determination that a tax applies, and it is not a filing.

Accounts and access

You may only access invoices on your own account. Trying to read or change someone else’s invoice is not allowed. We may disable an account that abuses the service, including automated registration or attempts to bypass ownership checks.

Pro billing

Pro is paid in Bitcoin from the billing page. The subscription starts after one confirmation of the amount shown. Cancel in Billing to keep access until the paid period ends. Bitcoin transfers are not reversed by InvoiceMint. If you delete your account, access ends. The development payment provider must not be used in production and does not collect a payment.

Acceptable use

Do not use InvoiceMint to store data you have no right to hold, to send malware, or to probe other accounts. Rate limits apply to sign-in, registration, and contact forms.

Liability

The software is provided as available. We do not warrant that a template meets a particular legal form. Nothing on the site is tax, legal, or accounting advice.
